Do I need a referral? You do not need a medical referral or mental health plan to access services at The Chat Lab. Simply submit an enquiry online (or your GP, Case manager, Relative or Friend can on your behalf) or call us and we will be in touch. Will my Home Care Package cover the fees? Your HCP will have inclusions for Nurse-facilitated well-being support. Click HERE to explore Well-being Support services. Alternatively, submit an enquiry online and we will be in touch. Can I claim some of the fee back via Medicare? This facility is currently not available.  Can I claim some of the fee back on my Private Health Insurance? This facility is currently not available.  What if I need to reschedule my appointment? Please call us as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment.
